The first stage in the manufacturing process is cutting. Fitting can be done by our Plasma machines that can guarantee precise dimensions, whereas the straight Ducts under do the cutting process by the Coil Line sector.
The second stage in the manufacturing process is Assembly. In the assembly stage, all ducts specifications, such machines include lock forming machine, NU lock machine, folding machine, flange forming ad cleats forming.
The third stage in the manufacturing process is Quality Control. It is the final process where our Team review the quality of all factors involved in production in order to meet high standards.
